About Courtney Gallego:
Hello, familia. I founded RootsDeTierra as a space to nurture healing, love, and connection for those who feel drawn to walk this path with me. My journey began in 2019, when I started exploring meditation and shadow work. In 2021, I became a Reiki Master, and shortly after, I traveled to Mexico, Costa Rica, and Sedona to deepen my practice in yoga, earning my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification.
After my travels, I further expanded my knowledge and spent several years working at a therapy center, where I honed my skills in holding space and supporting others. Along the way, I also completed personal development courses, which eventually led me to co-facilitate ceremonies with plant medicines.
Now, in this new chapter of my life, my soul is called to share the healing that has flowed through me, and to offer this gift to others.
